It kind of hurts my soul that no one is talking about how beautifully written Desplat's scores are. Coldplay is obivously amazing but the real essence of this soundtrack is becasue of Alexandre Desplat. I love these scores and can really feel both eeriness and strength from each individual song.

The compositions by Desplat = amazing. Miracles = tearjerker. Coldplay and Laura Hillenbrand have done it again. (Also, to all the teenage girls raving about the movie because of its actors: please realize that before you say anything, it is necessary for you to have read the book FIRST and please realize that this story runs deep in meaning; it should not be talked about so carelessly.
