The song is fantastic........the song is amazing......the song is one of my favorite jars songs, and i'm a big fan. the music video is funny. i can't help but smile because well....they are SO YOUNG and dan has LONG HAIR and it makes me think that if this video was released in 1995 it would have been SO COOL. but this is not 1995, it is 2007....and so i smile and i enjoy the video and laugh and remember 1995/96 era of life and think it is great. too bad that this was hidden from us for so long, it did become something of it's own legend, though.

Haha, this video cracks me up - especially Dan's flowing locks. And as a band that is constantly goofing off, I doubt they would mind my amusement (have you seen their clips on YouTube?). This is one of my favorite songs from my very favorite band. It's great to finally see this video for the first time, 12 years later . . . even if I can't take it seriously :-)

Wow- this was the last Jars video I expected to see posted on iTunes. Since 1995, this video was rumored to have been made but never released because it was too dark and gothic with it being filmed in a cemetery. Too gothic and dark? Ish don't think so. But, this is 26 year old Jake speaking in 2007, not 16 year old Jake speaking in 1995. Maybe I've become numb to these types of things over the years. But it isn't as intense as rumored or as I was hoping for. It's a bit hard to judge this video objectively. I'm a huge Jars fan so seeing something that was filmed so long ago and never released is really cool. And the whole style is so mid-90's that it's kind of fun in a campy sort of way. It was definitely low budget and I find it odd that certain cuts are widescreen while others are full screen. But with slick editing, moody lighting, layers upon layers of video, long hair, and lots of flannel, it makes a great 90's video that you can put on a video playlist with Toad the Wet Sprocket and The Gin Blossoms. This is a very interesting video that emerged from the Essential vaults but probably only interesting for serious Jars fans.
