  • Great like every Rush album

Love the set list. Presto and time stand still sound amazing. As far as geddys voice, I have the bluray and it sounds fine to me. You have to realize they don't carry the equipment to film and record every show. If geddy has the flu on the night the cameras are there, c'est la vie. I'm grateful for this record because I missed this tour. Any rush fan would want to have it.

Rash will never know the impact they have had on my soul. When I was in my darkest hour there music rang out of my headphones unannounced and for the first time I listened to the lyrics that Neal has put so much into and it brought me to tears to realize I wasn't alone. I won't bore anyone with gory details other than to say I am a single dad of three great boys who love rush although not as much as me. Outcasts like us have to stick together. •••Getty you are a true gentleman if ever there was one and a genius on the bass keyboards and vocally. •••Alex wow the way you play and the way you speak of the world brings joy to my heart. You are so humble and aware and down to earth. •••Neal, the shy intellectual type that like me plays drums although comparing my following a 4:4 beat to the best drummer in the world is laughable at best however you Neal have been my biggest inspiration. After what you went through to have the courage to re-learn drums from yoda took a special person to even think about commiting to that so late in ones career. The fear you must have had that your drums wouldn't sound like "you" anymore. I'm just in awe of you sir. What I admire most is their friendship through the years. They are really one of the only bands I know that genuinely get along and enjoy each other and have fun on stage. P.s. I have this rash I'd like you to take a look at :p

First of all, let me say, I was at this concert, and I remember thinking Geddy didn't sound quite right at the time. There are a couple other little technical glitches (volume seems to suddenly increase at the very beginning, for instance). That is why I love this album. If I wanted to hear perfect Geddy singing exactly like he does on the studio CD, I would listen to the studio CD. The incredible energy that I felt at the concert is beautifully captured here. Love it.
  • Time Machine Tour!

One of my favorite live Rush albums... This and Snakes and Arrows live have some of Geddy's best live vocals as of late, and it has the entire Moving Pictures (Camera Eye included!), as well as the best live versions of 2112 and Working Man. There's nothing wrong with this album... Get it!
  • Geddy is MIA

I saw Rush on this tour and Geddy sounded AMAZING (granted, the night I went was after a two-week layoff), even *nailing* the high notes on Freewill after the solo. On this recording, he's way off. Geddy has his own style, but this isn't a matter of style. After all, he sounds great on Clockwork Angels (the album, not the track here). On some tracks, he sounds better than on others, but some are almost unbearable. Far from Rush's best live album.
  • SIMPLY INCREDIBLE.

What amazes me is, all three of them are about the same age as my grandfather, who can't bend over.
  • Great !

I admit it sometimes is hard to understand Geddy Lee's voice but Rush is a great band. This tour was great. The electricity from the crowd. Neil Peart is great as always and Alex Lifeson too. Geddy great bass guitarist.
  • Have to agree Geddy's Vocals sound like he had a cold.

It's always refreshing to see that a band is not afraid to put out a live album even when all cyliders aren't quite hitting, as with the case of Geddy's vocals, was it a cold??? Fatigue??? Your guess is as good as mine. Anyway Kudos for bringing out this live effort, even though it is lacking in the vocal department.

I was at the show just a few days before this one, and it was mind blowingly awesome. While I admit Geddy's voice isn't what it once was, he and the rest of the band were fantastic. They perform better live than guys a third of their age.
