Such a great album
By YUMMY GAGA
I’ve read a lot of reviews that it’s ‘bland’ and ‘every song is the same’ … i couldn’t disagree more. It’s extremely complex and takes you on a journey through emotions of heartbreak and the process of healing. It rugs at the deep feels and somehow it’s like therapy. Great work KM
Can’t understand some reviews, bland and boring, sounds all the same. I guess it depends on what season of life your in. To me the vulnerability is beautiful and real. I can relate to most every song on this album.
Not one song stuck out. I bought it because it was her, but wish I didn’t.
Decent, Not Her Best Album
Let me start by saying that I am a huge fan of Kacey, I own every single one of her albums and think she is wonderful and widely talented. But this is my least favorite album to date. There are some good songs don’t get me wrong, but I agree with the other reviewer‘s in that they are repetitive and don’t have the magic of her older records. If I didn’t know and love her previous work, I wouldn’t have bought this album or invested so much time into it. Also I respect her choice as an artist to branch out of the country genre, but she does country SO well and I miss that.
This album is perfect, seriously. My favorites are Cherry Blossom, Breadwinner, and There is a Light
To be a fan of any artist you need to also be willing to grow with them. I love this album so much. It wasn’t anything like Golden Hour. It showed the pain of her divorce and the next stage of her life to come. Cannot wait to see her on tour!

I don't think that this is Kacey's best album, but I was still able to find multiple songs on here that I enjoy. Other people are right that a lot of the songs do kind of sound the same though.

Another song to put us to sleep 😴this is not country music by the way!!!!
If anyone were to listen to the Apple Music interview with Zane you would understand the direction of this album a lot better! I’m still obsessed with this album & her songs are very catchy & I loved every second of this album! Love you girl!
